OCUDU Developer Series (Episode 1): Project Introduction, Roadmap, and Community

OCUDU Technical Project is a developer-focused project for users, integrators, and contributors working with open, disaggregated RAN systems. This opening webinar introduces the project goals, explains where OCUDU fits in the wider open RAN ecosystem, and gives attendees a first look at the high-level architecture behind the system.

The session will cover the OCUDU roadmap, core building blocks, available resources, contribution paths, and what developers can expect from the project. It will also provide context for existing srsRAN users, including what carries over, what is different, and how to start engaging with OCUDU in a useful way.

As the first session in the series, this webinar establishes the project-level and system-level context for the episodes that follow. It sets up episode 2, where we move from the high-level architecture into the OCUDU codebase and show how the main components, interfaces, and design decisions appear in the implementation.
